The Elevate365 Difference

Wellness Isn't a Lesson.
It's a Way of Living.

Elevate365 turns everyday experiences into opportunities for growth. A team game can build confidence, communication, physical endurance, and emotional regulation. A nature experience can strengthen mindfulness, curiosity, movement, and resilience. A healthy food experience can build decision-making, independence, and connection.

Activities are not added simply to keep young people busy. Every experience is intentionally designed to strengthen multiple dimensions of wellness at the same time and help participants practice habits they can use beyond the program.

Experience it. Practice it. Carry it forward.
Six Dimensions of Holistic Wellness

One Experience. Multiple Dimensions of Growth.

Elevate365 connects six wellness dimensions so young people experience well-being as something integrated, practical, and lived—not a collection of disconnected topics.

01

Thoughts & Emotions

Build self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, empathy, and responsible decision-making.

Emotion identification • Self-expression • Resilience • Goal setting

02

Healthy Living

Develop practical habits around food, hydration, balanced choices, and caring for the body.

Food exploration • Hydration • Gardening • Healthy choices

03

Resilience & Mindfulness

Practice slowing down, paying attention, managing stress, and responding thoughtfully to challenges.

Breathing • Body awareness • Gratitude • Stress management

04

Imagination & Expression

Use creative experiences to explore identity, express emotions, solve problems, and communicate ideas.

Art • Music • Storytelling • Journaling • Reflection

05

Vitality & Movement

Make movement a positive part of everyday life through sports, fitness, cooperative play, and active challenges.

Active play • Coordination • Endurance • Teamwork

06

Exploration & Nature

Encourage curiosity, confidence, stewardship, adventure, and connection with the natural world.

Nature walks • Outdoor discovery • Stewardship • Adventure

The dimensions are integrated—not taught in isolation. Wellness is practiced through experience.
Experience Design

Every Activity Has a Purpose.

KTH facilitators connect the activity to the skills being practiced, coach participants during the experience, and create space for reflection afterward.

Designed for Real Life

Wellness Works Best When It Extends Beyond the Activity.

Elevate365 considers the people, access needs, and conditions surrounding the experience—not just what happens during the activity itself.

01

Family Connection

Wellness themes, simple family challenges, take-home resources, celebrations, and caregiver feedback can help reinforce healthy habits beyond the program.

02

Inclusive Participation

Activities can be adapted by pace, equipment, group size, sensory needs, mobility, language, physical confidence, and developmental level.

03

Outdoor-First. Safety-Centered.

Hydration, weather and air-quality monitoring, supervision, food safety, risk assessment, and indoor alternatives support responsible implementation.

Measuring Impact

Wellness You Can Experience. Growth You Can Observe.

KTH uses developmentally appropriate measures to understand participant growth and implementation quality, with the approach adjusted to the length and intensity of each delivery model.

01

Self-Awareness & Confidence

Understanding strengths, emotions, personal wellness needs, and willingness to try new experiences.

02

Emotional Regulation

Use of practical strategies during stress, frustration, conflict, and challenging moments.

03

Healthy Relationships

Communication, empathy, teamwork, inclusion, and constructive conflict resolution.

04

Physical Wellness

Participation in movement and growing confidence with active, outdoor, and fitness experiences.

05

Healthy Living

Knowledge and adoption of nutrition, hydration, rest, and practical wellness habits.

06

Nature Connection

Comfort, curiosity, participation, and stewardship within outdoor environments.

07

Participant Experience

Safety, belonging, engagement, enjoyment, and interest in continuing healthy habits.

08

Partner Feedback

Implementation quality, participant response, family feedback, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Measurement may include age-appropriate surveys, observation tools, participation records, facilitator reflection, family feedback, and partner input. Final targets are established with the implementation partner.
