Thoughts & Emotions
Build self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, empathy, and responsible decision-making.
Elevate365 is KTH Learning's experience-based holistic wellness model, connecting movement, emotional wellness, relationships, mindfulness, nutrition, creativity, and nature to help young people build healthier habits they can carry into everyday life.
Elevate365 turns everyday experiences into opportunities for growth. A team game can build confidence, communication, physical endurance, and emotional regulation. A nature experience can strengthen mindfulness, curiosity, movement, and resilience. A healthy food experience can build decision-making, independence, and connection.
Activities are not added simply to keep young people busy. Every experience is intentionally designed to strengthen multiple dimensions of wellness at the same time and help participants practice habits they can use beyond the program.
Elevate365 connects six wellness dimensions so young people experience well-being as something integrated, practical, and lived—not a collection of disconnected topics.
Build self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, empathy, and responsible decision-making.
Develop practical habits around food, hydration, balanced choices, and caring for the body.
Practice slowing down, paying attention, managing stress, and responding thoughtfully to challenges.
Use creative experiences to explore identity, express emotions, solve problems, and communicate ideas.
Make movement a positive part of everyday life through sports, fitness, cooperative play, and active challenges.
Encourage curiosity, confidence, stewardship, adventure, and connection with the natural world.
KTH facilitators connect the activity to the skills being practiced, coach participants during the experience, and create space for reflection afterward.
Elevate365 can be adapted to the calendar, setting, duration, age group, and priorities of each partner while preserving the core wellness philosophy.
A short immersive experience that helps young people recharge through outdoor exploration, active play, nutrition, mindfulness, creativity, and relationship-centered SEL.
A deeper multiweek experience designed to build healthy routines, confidence, relationships, movement, outdoor exploration, and positive daily habits.
An enrichment model integrating movement, SEL, mindfulness, nutrition, nature, creative expression, and connection after the school day.
Youth and family wellness experiences developed with schools, cities, parks departments, community organizations, and other partners.
Elevate365 is flexible by design. KTH preserves the core wellness framework while customizing programming around participant ages, facilities, outdoor access, schedule, partner goals, local resources, cultural context, and implementation needs.
Review participant needs, site goals, schedule, facilities, outdoor access, logistics, and partner priorities.
Select the delivery model, age groups, schedule, wellness themes, experiences, family-engagement strategy, and intended outcomes.
Finalize participant logistics, staffing, supplies, permissions, health information, and safety procedures.
Establish routines, introduce the wellness philosophy, and build a welcoming program community.
Deliver integrated wellness experiences, monitor engagement, communicate with families, and adapt programming based on participant needs.
Review participation, observations, feedback, and participant growth and provide an impact summary to partners.
Elevate365 considers the people, access needs, and conditions surrounding the experience—not just what happens during the activity itself.
Wellness themes, simple family challenges, take-home resources, celebrations, and caregiver feedback can help reinforce healthy habits beyond the program.
Activities can be adapted by pace, equipment, group size, sensory needs, mobility, language, physical confidence, and developmental level.
Hydration, weather and air-quality monitoring, supervision, food safety, risk assessment, and indoor alternatives support responsible implementation.
KTH uses developmentally appropriate measures to understand participant growth and implementation quality, with the approach adjusted to the length and intensity of each delivery model.
Understanding strengths, emotions, personal wellness needs, and willingness to try new experiences.
Use of practical strategies during stress, frustration, conflict, and challenging moments.
Communication, empathy, teamwork, inclusion, and constructive conflict resolution.
Participation in movement and growing confidence with active, outdoor, and fitness experiences.
Knowledge and adoption of nutrition, hydration, rest, and practical wellness habits.
Comfort, curiosity, participation, and stewardship within outdoor environments.
Safety, belonging, engagement, enjoyment, and interest in continuing healthy habits.
Implementation quality, participant response, family feedback, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Whether you're creating an after-school program, school-break experience, summer model, community wellness initiative, or customized youth program, KTH Learning can design Elevate365 around your setting, participants, and goals.
